How to enable out of the office from the mobile Outlook step by step instructions on for mobile Outlook app on iPhone. this comes in very handy when you are not close to your computer and need to enable it on the fly.

Open Outlook on the iPhone and click  on the top left of the Mobile app icon  and then click on the gear icon at the bottom as shown below in the screen shot

Once you have clicked on the gear icon on the bottom left then you will need to pick the account if you have more than one account configured. click on the account and then it should take you to next screen where  you will be able to set the out of the office replies 

Change the “Automatic Replies to on and set your out of the office message from your phone

 

 

You have the choice to set the out of the office messages internally and externally. this gives you the flexibility to set up two different messages for different audiences
