The error code is displayed when you have activated a QuickBooks online subscription and for some odd reason you need to cancel before you get charge again.
when you go to Billing and subscriptions and click on “Cancel subscription”
You get the following error message
“Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81611”
The error message is actually a false positive and goes away if you log off and log back in. you can see the below that it now shows as canceled.
